WhatsApp is releasing an in-app chat support feature on the Windows beta

WhatsApp releasing a new feature for Windows beta versions that allow users to get in-app Chat support directly from official WhatsApp support. Eliminates the necessity of switching to email for assistance. Currently, this feature is accessible to all users who installed the latest version of WhatsApp beta for Windows from Microsoft Office. 

After the announcement of the screen sharing feature in the beta version for Windows 2.2322.1.0 now WhatsApp introduce in-app Chat support for all users in the latest version of the app from the Microsoft store. This new feature is already available on WhatsApp for IOS Android and desktop electron apps. If you have the beta version then select the contact us option for further details. 

Once you open the contact us option than there is an input box where you can type any message and send a request to support. You can also select a support via email option to receive the message from support on your email. We believe that users can benefits from the convenience of resolving their issues are getting assistance without leaving the app. With this feature now the user no longer needs to switch back and forth between WhatsApp and email.
